Viviana Paz joins Capital & Trust Consulting Group in 2024 as Director of Business Development for Latin America to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and expansion in the region. With more than 12 years of experience, Viviana has held key roles in various companies where she has demonstrated her ability to build solid relationships with clients and strategic partners.

 

Her focus on innovation and deep understanding of Latin American markets position her as an essential leader in guiding Capital & Trust Consulting Group towards new opportunities and specific solutions for its clients in the region.

 

Viviana has a degree in Commercial Engineering with a Diploma in Foreign Trade, which complements her practical experience with a solid academic foundation; Additionally, she is an advocate of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, which aligns with the company's values.

Viviana currently resides in the city of Santa Cruz, Bolivia with her husband and children. She is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce of Bolivia AMCHAM and the Society for Responsible Business Evolution SEER, where she actively participates in initiatives that promote sustainable development and responsible entrepreneurship in the region. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family and is a reading enthusiast, always seeking new knowledge and perspectives to enrich her personal and professional development.
