LLC in Florida

If you own a company in Florida you must renew you registration each year (at the beginning of the year). A company in Florida expires on May 1st. If you do not renew on time the state charges a $400 penalty.

If you do not renew the state may not recognize your CORP or LLC limited liability protection anymore.
