Milena Leirós is a Manager of the Real Estate and Finance Division, leading our efforts in the Florida market. She holds a real estate license since 2014 and has successfully represented both buyers and sellers, including real estate developers on various pre-construction projects in Miami. Her experience expands to managing rental properties for clients and evaluating return on investment for international investors. In addition, as the lead of our Finance Division, she serves as an advisor for various banking and investment solutions.

Prior to Capital & Trust Consulting Group, Mrs. Leiros spent four years at a boutique Registered Investment Advisor serving ultra-high net-worth clients with comprehensive investment management needs, estate-planning structures and banking solutions. She utilized fee-based planning model and developed cash flow/net worth analysis for clients in order to create a customized financial plan. Preceding this role, she held various positions at Fortune 500 companies, including a leading Private Equity firm in Miami focusing on Business Development.

Mrs. Leiros hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University with specialization in International Business and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. She received a full scholarship for Auburn University and Barry University as a student-athlete on the volleyball team. She is a trilingual professional, fluent in Serbian, Spanish and English.

Mrs. Leiros currently resides in Miami with her husband and daughters. She is a member of the Barry University Alumni Association and Barry University Athletics Alumni Association. She regularly donates to United Way of Miami-Dade County and volunteers locally.
