Marija joined Capital & Trust Consulting Group in 2023 and has been instrumental in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. Also, she has implemented important company policies and procedures to serve as the foundation to our Firm’s HR department.

 

In the professional community, Marija was a participant of the ATD South Florida Mentorship Program where she had the opportunity to learn directly from the HRD professionals.

In addition, she has been a member of the Barry University Student Management Investment Fund (SMIF) where she learned about informed investment decision making. Also, she successfully completed Barry’s Women in Leadership Development Certificate Program. This program helped her build essential leadership skills, and explore unique strategies to resolve obstacles women in leadership positions face today.

 

Marija is a May 2023 graduate from Barry University. She holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management with HR concentration from Coastal Carolina University. During her time in college she was an active participant in intercollegiate athletics. She has showcased passion for teamwork and collaboration as a member of the volleyball team.
